SEASONAL SEAFOOD WITH WORLD FLAVORS

Chef Alison Barshak, known for her contemporary American cuisine with ethnic twists, will demonstrate how to prepare a seasonal seafood dish with world flavors. Reflecting her interest in travel, each dish presents a complete experience from the country of its origin. Singapore to Paris, Belgium to Mexico, she is tasting and gathering culinary experiences and ideas along the way. This demonstration course also includes some class participation.
