No longer must discipline be hard to give and hard to take. This workshop dispels the myths about discipline, and then shows proven strategies for making it positive, effective and more comfortable. You'll see why some people resist giving discipline, why punishment doesn't work, and how to approach discipline as a collaborative, problem-solving process.
