Course Description

Temple University's Distance Learning Program offers an online program on Virtual Teaching. This program has four online meeting sessions and covers topics related to : (1) Using synchronous and asynchronous course activities; (2) Understanding how students behave and learn in an online environment; (3) Creating an online course syllabus; and (4) Designing an online course. Participants will receive hands-on practice with virtual learning environments. This program is intended for professionals interested in teaching higher education courses online.
