This course is designed to show participants how to develop a music business model that incorporates repertoire, recordings, graphics, manufacturing, marketing, online, touring, licensing, legal issues and partnerships. Students will learn how to identify and prioritize the multiple disciplines of the music business, and build a business plan and a team to navigate and manage the business of music in 2013.
