Course Description

This course will focus on the federal income tax system. Topics will include gross income inclusions, exclusions, deductions, exemptions and credits. The course will consider the income taxation of individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLC's, and corporations (including S corporations). Finally, this course will present the students with taxation avoidance and minimization alternatives.
