Looking to build resiliency in or out of the work environment? Understanding the connection between body and mind assists executives and their employees to find balance in the midst of work's chaos. This experiential workshop will help to identify positive and negative stress and to get a grip on stress for enhanced effectiveness both in your personal and professional life. Learn how to calmly focus yourself through breathing techniques before public speaking or a difficult conversation with a key employer or employee. Discover how to "Tame the Stress Monster" and how to implement mindfulness techniques for the prevention of stress-related illness and injury.
