Chef Steven Waxman of Trax Restaurant & Café, will bring you into his restaurant kitchen to learn how to make three different dishes from one chicken. You'll learn how to save money by breaking down the whole chicken yourself and then learn how to make the easy dishes - Fried Chicken, Sautéed Chicken Breast and Chicken Soup.
