Course Description

While each organization has its own culture, there are particular ways of looking, being, and doing things that comprise what's called "professionalism." Dress, attitude, speech and many more aspects of how we present ourselves determine how others perceive us. You will learn to: unlock the subtleties of dress code to discover a professional style that works for you; know how to express yourself in ways that gain respect and cooperation and exude composure and confidence in difficult situations; use standard communication protocols to produce professional written communication and integrate your virtual presence with digital and social media; and much more.
