Certificate in Leadership and Management To earn this certificate, you must complete the four required courses within a two-year period. The required courses are: The Manager as Leader The Results-Oriented Leader Managing the Tough Spots What's Your Point? Effective Interpersonal Communication CERTIFICATE PROGRAM IN LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT in one semester! Take the following four courses in the same semester and pay one fee, an almost 15 percent discount off the total cost of enrolling in the courses separately.
