Discover the practices of shamatha (calm abiding) and vipashyana (insight) meditation, along with the principles that substantiate both. Classes will include a 30-minute practice session with guided meditation, a lecture addressing the philosophical and psychological principals surrounding our in-class practice, and a class discussion intended to integrate personal experiences with material.
