Discover the philosophy and practice of the Anapanasatisutta meditation - the teachings of the Buddha, Siddhartha Gautama and includes practice sessions, lectures and class discussion. Participants will develop a daily sitting practice, acquire a solid view of Buddhist Meditation, develop skills in approaching traditional obstacles to meditation, learn the contemplative method of study, and study and practice mindfulness within daily life activities.
