This seminar will cover the Amendments to the Constitution, their significance and the history around them. Discussions will be directed to determine why the Supreme Court decisions have dealt more with the Amendments than the actual Articles themselves. The seminar will also investigate some of the proposed amendments and why they were not passed. Presented by James H. Robertson, who holds an MA in Modern European History from Washington State University and is an Adjunct Professor of History at Eastern University.
