Crises come in many forms. Discover ways to assess crises, manage your own emotions, listen appropriately, and intervene when necessary. Also, plan ways to assess and possibly redesign how your work team responds to crises. How "ready" are you? What's the work "flow," who does what and when after a crisis rears its ugly head? What are your strengths? What needs to change in terms of how you respond?
