Certificate in Project Management To earn this certificate, you must complete the following four required courses within a two-year period: Project Management Basics I Project Management Basics II Project Management: Leading the Team What's Your Point?: Effective Interpersonal Communication CERTIFICATE PROGRAM IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT in one semester! Take the following four courses in the same semester and pay one fee, an almost 15 percent discount off the total cost of enrolling in the courses separately.
