No matter what size or type of party you have in mind - from a children's birthday party for 25 to a holiday party for 200 - you will learn how to make it special, unique, and appropriate for the occasion. Get tips for selecting a venue, hiring and working with caterers, making appropriate food and drink choices, picking a theme and establishing a budget you can stick to. Your instructor will also discuss how to throw a party in your own home and the pros and cons of being your own caterer.
